Administrator | St Albans | £25-£30k

We are recruiting for a capable and enthusiastic Administrator to join our client based in St Albans!

You will be working alongside a friendly, hardworking and professional team, responsible for providing administrative and client support to senior-level team members.

·         Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, hybrid working, 1 day in the office

Key responsibilities:

·         Admin support for Senior members of the team

·         Coordinating and contributing to internal client team meetings

·         Answering telephone calls

·         Support for Office Administrator when on leave

·         Responding to written and verbal correspondence

·         Document formatting

·         Preparing minutes templates

·         Organising meetings (dates, venues, invites) and coordinate attendance

·         Drafting agendas, producing templates

·         Preparing and collating meeting packs and papers

·         Following up actions arising from meetings

·         Maintaining various logs and registers

·         Producing monthly invoices,  sending for payment and recording on spreadsheets

What the employer is looking for:

·         At least 2 years + in an admin support role

·         Good Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel in particular)

·         Effective relationship building

·         Ensuring quality and accuracy

·         Meeting agreed timescales
