We are working with a successful and growing property company based in North London who are looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly and sociable team.

The company offer a fast paced and busy environment with an opportunity to progress as the company grows and diversifies.

We are looking for candidates either at entry level looking to start within a property role or with a proven track record in Property Management. You will be highly organised and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.

What’s in it for you:

Salary: £30-40k
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9-6 Fridays 9-5
28 days annual leave including bank holidays

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a portfolio of properties
Engaging with tenants, landlords and contractors, to facilitate the efficient running of property maintenance
Maintaining positive tenant and contractor relationships
Ensuring rents are up to date
Property inspections
Keeping on top of multiple tasks
Effective collaboration with the lettings department during any void periods.

What the employer is looking for:

Previous Property Management experience although training available for the right candidate
Strong English, communication and people skills
Good time management and organisation
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Motivated and focused
Strong IT skills
Full UK driving license preferable
