Welcome to this month’s Meet the Team Q&A!

This month’s spotlight is on Aileen- the newest member of our team! Aileen joined us this month from her previous career in operations and will be taking over our temporary desk.

What did you do before Red Door?

Before Red Door, I used to work as an Operations Manager at a Physiotherapy company and prior to that I have also managed multiple student properties across the Southeast.

What do you do at Red Door?

I manage the Temp desk. If you need a temp just give me a shout!

What’s the best part of your job?

I love the variance of my job. No two days are the same!

What’s your favourite thing to do at the weekend?

You will usually catch me at on a Saturday morning at Parkrun. I’ve currently completed over 100 Parkruns and 50+ of them have been pushing my son around in his running buggy!

If I’m not training for some crazy running challenge, then I love spending time with my family.

Whats the one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?

Going out for a walk everyday during my lunch break.

Iced coffee or hot coffee?

A bit of both. Hot coffee during the winter and Ice coffee in the summer.
