Finance Assistant | St Albans | up to £30k
We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a very well-respected company based in St Albans.

Key responsibilities:
Sales Ledger, purchase Ledger, credit control – sending 7-day letters on any overdue accounts and court action
Daily Monies Received Email to Finance Team
Payment runs – prepare and upload all payment runs on a fortnightly basis
Webexpenses – approve and post to NetSuite all expenses in-line with the company expense policy
Manage the Finance Inbox
Manage hotel bookings
Bank Reconciliation and adhoc payments via Santander and AMEX
What the client are looking for:
1 years Finance/Accounts Assistant experience
System use (preferred but not essential) – NetSuite, Webexpenses, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel
Confident communication skills
Highly organised with demonstrable time management skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
