Finance Assistant | St Albans | up to £30k

We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a very well-respected company based in St Albans.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger, purchase Ledger, credit control – sending 7-day letters on any overdue accounts and court action

  • Daily Monies Received Email to Finance Team

  • Payment runs – prepare and upload all payment runs on a fortnightly basis

  • Webexpenses – approve and post to NetSuite all expenses in-line with the company expense policy

  • Manage the Finance Inbox

  • Manage hotel bookings

  • Bank Reconciliation and adhoc payments via Santander and AMEX

What the client are looking for:

  • 1 years Finance/Accounts Assistant experience

  • System use (preferred but not essential) – NetSuite, Webexpenses, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel

  • Confident communication skills

  • Highly organised with demonstrable time management skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
