12 years of Red Door Recruitment!

We celebrated our 12 year anniversary this week!

We are still going strong and have grown from a small team of just 2 people to 7 (and looking to expand with another Recruitment Consultant!). Between us, we have over 50 years of recruitment experience!

Louise Wynne started Red Door and continues to manage the business, offering the unique blend of passion and conscientious commitment to both candidates and clients.

Last year we found new permanent jobs for over 200 people and placed over 300 people in temporary positions. We like to think we are the human face of recruitment, always available to discuss your next move or advise you not only the best career path for your skills and experience, but we can also tell you what’s happening in the employment market.

We offer free advice to candidates on writing the most successful CVs, enhancing your chances of securing an interview. As we have developed excellent business relationships with so many local companies, we are able to give you background information on the majority of employers.

We know how daunting interviews can be, which is why we work closely with you offering interview preparation, as well as sending you notes to support you through the process. We ensure you arrive at the interview with the highest chance of success!

Our clients rely on us to guide them through the market, offering salary advice and local information to ensure their job is pitched at the right level for the criteria and salary they’re offering.

We are members of the St Albans Chamber of Commerce, keeping us up to date with information on the local area and economy.

If you require any advice about your next career move, or you’re a local company seeking a fast efficient professional service, please contact us on 01727 899490 or email info@reddoorrecruitment.co.uk
