What is the best advice you have ever been given?

‘Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.’ I use this in all aspects of my life. It helps when you need to make the right decisions, know that you just can’t do everything, and not only enables you to prioritise but also gives you confidence to tackle problems.

What makes your business stand out?

Passion, integrity, high standards, teamwork. We have just celebrated our 16th year here in the heart of St Albans, supporting local companies with all their office vacancies.

What do you love about your job?

I love bringing my passion for recruitment to life with the team and all our clients and candidates. Every day is different and you can make things happen when working together to support each other.
